Shipping and Despatch
For all orders the shipping cost based on the total order weight and value (for insurance purposes) will be added to your order.
Please note that the weight indicated may not reflect the weight of the packaged product(s), since insurance cover is added.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Orders sent within the UK are despatched using either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
Orders sent outwith the UK are despatched using Royal Mail International Signed For delivery.
Orders for Hosiery, Lingerie and In Stock Footwear will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders for Made to Order Footwear will be despatched within 8 weeks of receipt of order.
Delivery Times (from despatch) are typically
UK - 1-2 working days.
Europe - 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World - 5-10 working days.
While these timescales are usually very accurate, we cannot gurantee them.
We may send any order for more than 1 item in seperate packages..
All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging.
Parcels have no indication of contents on the outside.
For packages sent outwith the EU (European Union), the Customs label will indicate the general contents.
Tax & Customs
All shipments to non EU countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order arrives in that country.
Payment of these charges, if there are any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Burlesque Blue Ltd have no control over these charges.
If you receive a product which needs to be returned due to a manufacturing fault it will be replaced or refunded as per your instructions. Please return it to us within 30 days using the Returns procedure below. Please note that Imperfect Hosiery cannot be returned as faulty.
Non Faulty Items
Hosiery & Lingerie - If you would like to return or exchange your hosiery or lingerie product for an alternative size or colour then, providing the package has not been opened, or had the seal broken, and is within 30 days of purchase, we will accept the return using the Returns Procedure below.
We cannot accept non-faulty hosiery and lingerie items for return if the package has been opened.
Footwear - If you would like to return or exchange your footwear for an alternative then, providing the footwear has not been be tried on any surface other than carpet since this may damage the sole and heel, and is within 30 days of receipt or order, we will accept the return using the Returns Procedure below.
If any returned item, upon inspection, is deemed to have been worn or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Return Postage Costs
You will need to pay the postage on the returned goods. Please note that total refund amount can never exceed the initial transaction value.
Posting Your Return
We stongly advise that proof of postage is obtained in case your return gets lost in the post. Your local post office can provide information on the correct postage to use to reflect the value and ensure a signature is obtained upon delivery. If your return does not reach us we canot issue an exchange or refund without such proof.
1. Please package up the products to be returned carefully and package suitably.
2. Please include your original dispatch note and write on there the details relating to your return and any exchange info if relevant.
If you haven't got your original dispatch note please enclose your returns details on a separate sheet of paper quoting your original order number (this helps us to track your return quickly).
