Returns and Exchange

We of course hope you are delighted with your new purchase from Burlesque Blue. If you are unhappy with the goods purchased for any reason, please return the item to us with proof of purchase. We accept the return of unused items within 28 days from receipt of the goods. If the goods purchased are unused or faulty we will offer either a refund or an exchange.

This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that footwear should not be tried on any surface other than carpet since this may damage the sole and heel.
Hosiery and Lingerie which has been removed from the packaging cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.

To return goods to us:

Package the goods securely and ensure you have enclosed your proof of purchase together with a note explaining the reason for your return. For security reasons, all goods must be returned to us using recorded delivery at the address below.
